SHIPPING INFO / STORE POLICY

 

SHIPPING TIMES:
Guilty Pleasure Store is based in Australia. All orders are shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post and DHL's Ecommerce.

All orders are processed within 1-2 days.

Australian Orders:
All standard orders within Australia come with free shipping! While this option doesn't include tracking or insurance, you can upgrade to a tracked delivery at checkout if you want to keep tabs on your order.

If you need your items in a hurry, we also offer Express shipping with tracking, and delivery in just 1-2 days.

Please note that standard delivery times are estimated to be 5-7 business days, but keep in mind that delays can happen. All purchases without opting for tracking are done at the buyer's choice.

 

International Orders:
* Standard Post (incl. tracking): Delivery within 4-6 weeks

However, due to Covid-19 disruptions, delays are possible and delivery times can take up to 6-9 weeks for some destinations. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee on-time delivery or provide accurate arrival time estimates, so please keep this in mind when placing your order and allow extra time for international deliveries.


STORE / SHIPPING POLICY:
Please note, it is your responsibility to select the shipping method that best suits your needs from the options offered by the carriers we use. If you are dissatisfied with any of the shipping products offered, we can ship with a carrier of your choice at your expense. By purchasing from Guilty Pleasure Store, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of your chosen shipping product as stated by our carriers and within our store's shipping and store Policy.

Please be aware that I am not responsible for any delays due to weather events, public holidays, or postal and or custom inspections that may impact the delivery time of your order. Once your package is in the hands of DHL and Australia Post, delivery is beyond my control, and I cannot be held responsible for any delayed packages, mishandling, or lost packages sent via uninsured standard shipping methods.

If you would like your package to be insured, please select a tracked and insured shipping method. Please note that we receive delivery notifications for both tracked and untracked shipments.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain countries, locations, or addresses where there has been a high percentage of lost packages or issues with postal service and/or customs.

For high-value orders, we may request that you upgrade to a tracked shipping service. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or cancellations on items that have already been shipped. Therefore, please ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your order before making your purchase.
